  1. Service Commitment
    At 907 Car Rental, we aim to provide you with the best quality service possible. We appreciate your business.

  2. Required Documents
    When you pick up the vehicle, we require proof of insurance for Rental Car Coverage and a valid driver's license.

  3. Taxes and Fees
    An 8% Municipality of Anchorage Rental Car Tax and a 10% State of Alaska Rental Car Tax will be added to all rental charges.

  4. Insurance Coverage
    Renters may use their own rental car insurance. Coverage varies, and renters should confirm with their provider. The renter is fully responsible for all repair or replacement costs if their insurance does not cover the rental vehicle.

  5. Authorized Drivers
    Only individuals listed on the rental agreement who are 21 years or older may drive the vehicle.

  6. No Smoking Policy
    Smoking of any kind is prohibited. Renters will be liable for cleaning costs if smoking or foul odors are detected.

  7. Incidental Damages & Violations
    Renters are responsible for any incidental damages, including traffic violations such as parking tickets.

  8. Vehicle Cleanliness
    The vehicle must be returned reasonably clean; otherwise, a cleaning charge will apply.

  9. Vehicle Inspection
    The renter must inspect the vehicle, tires, and windshield before rental and acknowledge any existing damage.

  10. Fuel Type Requirement
    Renters must use the fuel type specified by the rental company.

  11. Lost Keys, Flat Tires & Lockouts
    Renters are responsible for lost keys, flat tires, and lockout situations.

  12. Fuel Refill Policy
    The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at the time of rental. Otherwise, a $8.00 per gallon refueling charge will apply.

  13. Return Time Compliance
    The vehicle must be returned at the agreed drop-off time; late returns may incur additional charges.

  14. Vehicle Exchange & Early Returns
    The rental company may replace the vehicle with a similar one due to mechanical issues or unforeseen events. No refunds will be issued for early returns.

  15. Cancellation Policy
    Reservations must be canceled at least 30 days before the trip start date for a full refund.

  16. Pickup & Drop-off Service

  • Our location is 9 miles from Ted Stevens Anchorage Int’l Airport.

  • We offer free vehicle drop-off/pickup within a 15-mile radius, including the airport.

  • Contact us at 907-888-8100 upon arrival for pickup.

  • Additional charges apply for pickup/drop-off outside the Anchorage area—please contact us for a quote.

  1. Drop-off Location Compliance
    The vehicle must be returned to the designated location per the rental agreement; otherwise, additional charges may apply.

  2. Accepted Payment Methods
    We accept payments via Stripe using Visa, Mastercard, American Express (AMEX), and Discover.
